Sales Manager
More than just a course of study, CREA’s Federal Sales Manager Diploma is a springboard to an innovative professional future. Recognised at federal level, it positions its holders as key experts in the field of sales, in both traditional and digital aspects. Whether in manufacturing companies, innovative start-ups or the service sector, the opportunities for graduates are vast and varied. Thanks to their comprehensive, in-depth and resolutely modern training, they are equipped to meet the challenges of today’s and tomorrow’s business world.
Earn dual certification: the Federal Diploma in Sales Management and the CREA diploma in Sales & Digital Expert.
This tailored training programme comprises 400 hours of classes and is designed to be combined with a full-time job. The courses take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings via video and 2 Saturdays a month in person, from October 2024 to December 2025. The lecturers, experts and professionals in their fields, will guide the students by combining theory and practice, always with a link to the professional world.

Under certain conditions, the Confederation grants a subsidy to candidates taking the Diplôme Fédéral exam.

Managing a sales department, developing winning strategies and guiding a team towards excellence are all key skills acquired with the Federal Diploma in Sales Management. This training program, enhanced by CREA, now includes a resolutely digital dimension. A significant number of hours are specifically dedicated to e-commerce, CRM and business development, ensuring optimal preparation for today’s market challenges. Designed for ambitious professionals, this 15-month course combines rigorous theory and immersive practice, offering a comprehensive vision of traditional and digital sales fields.
Monday & Wednesday (visio): 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Saturday (face-to-face): 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

How to join CREA
Admission requirements
- Hold a CFC (Certificat fédéral de capacité), a maturité fédérale, a baccalauréat, a diploma from a business school, a school of general culture or equivalent , and have 6 years’ practical experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role in the sales field.

- Hold a Brevet Fédéral Spécialiste en Vente ou Marketing, a college diploma, a diploma from a specialized college, university or equivalent, and have 3 years’ practical experience in sales.

Entrance exam
There is no entrance exam. Each application is evaluated individually by the course director, who reserves the right to accept or reject a candidate without justification.
School
Course fee (for 15 months): CHF 16’000.-
Registration fee: CHF 300.00
- The examination fee for the Diplôme Fédéral of around CHF 3’400.- is not included in the course fee.
- CREA is at your disposal to discuss the financing of your training. A suitable payment plan can be arranged.

Participants in preparatory courses for federal exams may be eligible for federal financial support. For more information, click on this link.
If the training is partially funded by a third party or a legal entity, the subsidy offered by the Confederation does not apply.
The federal government may grant a subsidy of up to 50% of tuition fees under certain conditions to candidates taking the Federal Diploma exam.
To be eligible, participants must have taken a preparatory course and must be domiciled in Switzerland.
Residence is defined as the place where the participant lives with the intention of settling permanently and where they have filed their official documents (Art. 23, CC).
The nationality of participants has no bearing on the granting of this subsidy.
Cross-border commuters and weekly residents domiciled abroad do not have their legal domicile in Switzerland and are therefore not eligible for the federal grant.
