In order to provide you with the goods and/or services requested and on the basis of your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time, it is necessary for O&D to process your personal data jointly with CREA Genève for the purposes of managing our prospects for a period of three years from our last contact.
Your data may be :
- shared with all O&D subsidiaries and, more generally, with the entities of the OMNES Education group,
- communicated to subcontractors and/or partners of O&D and/or CREA Genève, as well as to any authorised third party when such communication is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to comply with a court order or if the communication of such data is necessary for the pursuit of an investigation or proceedings against O&D and/or CREA Genève.
- transferred to a country outside the EU, subject to signature of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, which are available on request.
You have a right of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing, the right to portability and the right to define directives concerning the fate of your data in the event of death, which you may exercise by contacting CREA Genève SA (Relais Informatique et Libertés), Bâtiment 43L, Route des Acacias 43, 1227 Geneva, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with any supervisory authority.
Information for candidates
In order to provide you with the goods and/or services requested and on the basis of this contractual relationship, it is necessary for O&D to process your personal data jointly with CREA Genève for the purposes of managing its applicants for a period of 3 years from the date of our last contact. If you are accepted for enrolment at CREA Genève, all the data collected via this form will be processed for the purposes of managing your enrolment and schooling on the basis of the contract concluded between us under the conditions specified in the OMNES Education confidentiality policy.
Your data may be :

Information relating to the indirect collection of your information
On the basis of your registration for a competition linked to one of the OMNES Education Group schools or via a form on the sites of our partners, O&D in co-responsibility with CREA Genève concerned, processes your personal data, namely your civil status, your school record and your email address, which have been sent to it by the competition platform or the partner, a source which is not accessible to the public. This data is processed for the purpose of managing prospective customers for a period of 3 years from the date of our last contact.
