Marketing Specialist
CREA, a member of the Digital Switzerland network, announces the creation of the Marketing & Digital Strategist programme, which offers a double degree. It prepares students for the Brevet Fédéral (BF) in Marketing, as well as offering CREA expertise in the fields and disciplines of digital.
Under the direction of Marcello Romano, expert and trainer in marketing and sales, and in partnership with e-commerce leader Qoqa, the Marketing & Digital Strategist Diploma aims to position itself as an important step in professional training, while preparing participants for the needs and expectations of companies in a sector undergoing major transformation.

Earn dual certification: the Brevet Fédéral de Spécialiste en Marketing and the CREA Diploma in Marketing & Digital Strategist.
This tailored training programme comprises 400 hours of classes and is designed to be combined with a full-time job. The courses take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings via video and 2 Saturdays a month in person, from January 2025 to March 2026. The lecturers, experts and professionals in their fields, will guide the students by combining theory and practice, always with a link to the professional world and the federal examination.

Combining the curriculum of the Brevet Fédéral de Spécialiste en Marketing with the best content of the CREA programs, the Diplôme de Marketing & Digital Strategist + Brevet Fédéral provides training in all aspects of today’s marketing activities, whether offline or online.
Starting with basic knowledge of economics, law and organization, the curriculum continues with the complete marketing plan (Analysis-Strategy-Program). This dual curriculum enables you to master all the marketing tools needed to manage a product or service launch, or to take charge of the marketing of an SME.

Each program participant receives free 6-month access to the LEARNING7 e-learning platform and its “Marketing in a Digital World” program. In addition to reviewing the concepts covered in the courses, this self-paced training program leads to additional certification. This eLearning program, designed to boost your Digital Marketing skills, has been developed with Facebook, Google, Instagram and Youtube.

How to join CREA
Admission requirements
- Hold a CFC (Certificat fédéral de capacité), a maturité fédérale, a baccalauréat, a diploma from a business school, a school of general culture or an equivalent qualification
- Have attended an information or open door session, or have had a personal interview
- 2 years’ practical experience in marketing, sales, communications, advertising, public relations, direct marketing or promotion.

Entrance exam
There is no entrance exam. Each application is evaluated individually by the course director, who reserves the right to accept or reject a candidate without justification.
School
Course fee (for 16 months): CHF 13’500.-
Registration fee: CHF 200.00
- The examination fee for the Brevet Fédéral of around CHF 2,500 is not included in the course fee.
- CREA is at your disposal to discuss the financing of your training. A suitable payment plan can be arranged.
Note: Under certain conditions*, the Swiss Confederation grants a subsidy of 50% of the tuition fees to candidates taking the Brevet Fédéral exam. *Preparatory course participants must be domiciled in Switzerland at the time of the decision on passing the Brevet Fédéral exam. A person’s domicile is the place where he or she resides with the intention of settling permanently and where he or she has deposited his or her official documents (art. 23, CC). Participants’ nationality is irrelevant. Cross-border commuters and weekly residents domiciled abroad do not have their legal domicile in Switzerland, and are therefore not entitled to the federal subsidy.
