Please read all the sections below carefully, they contain very important information about your future training!

Withdrawal Clauses

The student may withdraw from the admission contract in accordance with the provisions of this contract, in particular Section VII. A student’s abandonment of the program is considered to be a withdrawal (with effect on the date the abandonment is validated).

Withdrawal (and/or any similar situation) does not affect the student’s financial obligations to CREA. However, depending on the date on which it occurs, the student will be liable for the sums stipulated in this Section VII (fees and ancillary costs reserved and additional in all cases).

The provisions relating to other cases of termination of the contract (e.g. late payment, failure, expulsion) are reserved.

Year 1 (2026/2027)

In the event of withdrawal before March 31, 2026: no amount is due to CREA (subject to any fees and incidental costs that remain due and payable to CREA).

In case of withdrawal during the period from April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026 : the amount of CHF 3’263.- is due to CREA.

In case of withdrawal during the period from July 1, 2026, to September 20, 2026 : the amount of CHF 6’525.- is due to CREA.

In case of withdrawal during the period from September 21, 2026 (first day of classes) to January 31, 2027: the amount of
CHF 13’050.- is payable by the student to CREA (less any amounts already due and paid).
This clause also applies if the student does not show up on the first day of the academic year.

In the event of withdrawal between February 1, 2027, and June 30, 2027: the student owes CREA the amount of CHF 26’100.- (minus any amounts already due and paid).

Year 2 (2027/2028)

In the event of withdrawal during the period from July 1, 2027, to January 31, 2028 : the amount of CHF 33’450.- is payable to CREA (less any amounts already due and paid).
This clause also applies if the student does not show up on the first day of the second year.

In the event of withdrawal during the period from February 1, 2028, to June 30, 2028 : the amount of CHF 40’800.- is payable to CREA (less any amounts already due and paid).

Year 3 (2028/2029)

In the event of withdrawal during the period from July 1, 2028, to January 31, 2029 : the amount of CHF 48’150.- is payable to CREA (less any amounts already due and paid).
This clause also applies if the student does not show up on the first day of Year 3.

In the event of withdrawal during the period from February 1, 2029, to June 30, 2029: the amount of CHF 55’500.- is payable to CREA (without discounts or deductions).

Please note: Any withdrawal in accordance with the above must be formally notified to CREA by registered letter. The date of receipt is binding. Notification by e-mail is not accepted or valid.

Late payment

In the event of late payment of any of the sums due under the admissions contract and related documents, the student is automatically in default, without any notification being necessary on the part of CREA. Depending on the situation, CREA may send reminder(s), without calling into question the due date of the sums and/or the default. In addition, where applicable, after the 3rd reminder (registered), the total balance of the school fees (for the current year, with previous instalments remaining due and acquired by CREA) is automatically payable without delay.

Non-payment of any of the instalments for the current program may result in (i) provisional suspension of the program and/or (ii) termination of the admission contract by CREA. In the event of suspension, all sums due by the student for the full amount of the tuition fees (including, where applicable, the study trip) remain payable on the applicable due dates. However, in the event of termination by CREA in this context, the provisions of Section VII apply by analogy, based on the date of termination.

In particular, in the event of a significant delay in payment, CREA may require payment of the tuition fees to be up to date before (i) the start of the academic year, including when transferring from one year to the next, and/or (ii) submission of the Bachelor’s thesis.

More specifically in relation to the Bachelor’s thesis, if the student is not up to date with the payment deadlines, CREA requires the situation to be regularized and the student does not comply, then the Bachelor’s thesis is postponed until the following year (only one postponement possible). During this period, while awaiting the presentation of the Bachelor’s thesis postponed in accordance with the above, the student will not be given any tuition. The presentation of the Bachelor’s thesis that has already been postponed to the following year may not be postponed again. It would be a definitive case of failure in the Bachelor’s program if the presentation of the Bachelor’s thesis (already postponed) could not take place the following year because of late payment.

In all cases, the award of the Bachelor’s degree (or Diploma) is subject to full payment of the tuition fees.

If the student is in default, CREA reserves the right to recover any sums due by legal means, without prior notice. The related costs will be charged to the student.

Situation in the event of failure | repeating the year | retaking the Bachelor’s thesis

Situation in the event of failure
In the event of a student failing during the Bachelor’s program (with or without repeating a year), no refund or reduction in tuition fees (including, where applicable, the study trip) shall be applicable.
In this case, the provisions of Section VII apply by analogy to determine the amounts owed to CREA in respect of this failure (the decisive date being the end of the academic year in question).

If the student informs CREA of their wish to withdraw from the current Bachelor’s program, the provisions of Section VII shall apply.

Situation in the event of repeating a year
In the event of repeating a year being approved and accepted by CREA, an additional flat-rate fee will be charged by CREA for the year of repetition (to be paid upon approval of the repetition), according to the following table:

  • B1: CHF 3’000.-
  • B2: CHF 1’500.-
  • B3: CHF 1’200.-

Repeating a year has the effect of postponing the dates specified in Section VII by the same amount as the year repeated.
The student is required to continue making tuition payments in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
If the student refuses to repeat the year, the provisions of Section VII of the admission contract apply (the decisive date being the end of the school year in question).

Situation in the event of resitting the Bachelor’s thesis
In the event of resitting the Bachelor’s thesis, CREA will charge an additional flat fee of CHF 500. Only one resit is possible, subject to validation and acceptance by CREA.

Extraordinary circumstances clause

If the student, through no fault of his/her own, finds him/herself in a situation of such gravity that continuation of the program is not possible (in other words, an extraordinary situation), the student shall contact CREA without delay in order to (i) set out in detail the reasons and circumstances applicable, in writing or in any other form acceptable to CREA and (ii) provide information on his/her own assessment of the foreseeable duration of the extraordinary situation.

CREA will examine the extraordinary situation and make every effort to offer the student any accommodation that might be acceptable in this context.

Definitive expulsion from the program

CREA may sanction any failure by the student to comply with the obligations imposed by this contract and/or any regulations applicable during the program, in particular the student’s Administrative Regulations (e.g. disciplinary grounds, lack of work, attendance, etc.) by taking appropriate measures, which may include definitive expulsion from the program following a disciplinary board.

In this event, the expelled student will remain fully liable for all sums due under the admission contract (full tuition fees, expenses and incidentals, including, where applicable, the cost of the study trip) by applying the provisions of Section VII by analogy, based on the date of expulsion.

In the event of failure to obtain the Swiss maturité, the baccalaureate, or an equivalent qualification

Candidates/students who pass the entrance exam and are in their final year of high school, college, or another equivalent institution (as determined by CREA) may be admitted on condition that they obtain their high school diploma, baccalaureate, or equivalent qualification.

If the candidate/student does not obtain the relevant diploma, they must immediately inform CREA of the situation, at the latest within the deadline and in the manner prescribed by CREA for this purpose (by means of any communication made in this regard). In these circumstances, two solutions are possible:

1) The candidate/student has the option of deferring their enrollment at CREA until the following year without having to retake the entrance exam. To do so, the candidate/student must :

  • Submit a copy of their final transcript confirming their failure.
  • Pay the amount of CHF 3’000.- by June 30, 2026. This amount will be credited toward future tuition costs.
  • Complete a new admission contract for the following session (2027-2030 session) when it becomes available (in principle, from November 2026).
  • The provisions of the new admission contract for the following session shall apply, it being specifically agreed that the above amount (subject to adjustment by CREA) shall be payable to CREA in all cases.
  • The deferral will only take effect after receipt of the amount due to CREA in this respect. In the event of non-payment within the applicable deadline, the admission contract deferral process will lapse and the above amount will remain payable to CREA. The candidate/student has the opportunity to join CREA.

2) The candidate/student has the option of joining CREA.
In this case, the candidate/student does not wish to repeat the year in order to obtain the relevant high school diploma, baccalaureate, or equivalent, and still has the option of starting the Bachelor’s degree at CREA, subject to acceptance. In this context, the provisions of Article 3 of the Bachelor’s Admission Regulations provide useful additional information.

Candidates/students who do not wish to enroll at CREA for the Bachelor’s degree and prefer to continue their studies in order to obtain the relevant high school diploma, baccalaureate, or equivalent qualification will be reimbursed for any tuition fees already paid to CREA, except for the registration fee of CHF 500. – which will be retained by CREA. To this end, the candidate/student must provide CREA with a copy of (i) their final report card confirming their failure and (ii) any document establishing that they are continuing their studies..

Deferral of admission contract

If the candidate/student wishes to defer their admission contract, they may request that CREA defer their enrollment at CREA until the following year. To do so, the applicant/student must submit their request for deferral before the start date of classes (this request may only be made prior to Year 1) in accordance with the following:

  • Send a registered letter to CREA requesting deferral of admission.
  • The provisions of Section VII apply by analogy for determining the amount to be paid to CREA.
  • Pay the amount determined in accordance with Section VII by December 31, 2026, at the latest. This amount will be credited toward future tuition costs.
  • Complete a new admission contract for the following session (2027-2030 session) when it becomes available (in principle, from November 2026).
  • The provisions of the new admission contract for the following session shall prevail, it being specifically agreed, however, that the applicable amount determined by the provisions of Section VII (subject to adjustment by CREA) shall be payable to CREA in all cases.
  • The deferral will only take effect after receipt of the amount due to CREA in this respect. In the event of non-payment within the applicable deadline, the admission contract deferral process will lapse and the amount determined by the provisions of Section VII will remain due to CREA.

Students are actively responsible for finding placements, with the support of CREA’s Career Center & Corporate Relations.

Bachelor students have 2 compulsory internships of at least 5 months, to be completed during the progam: the first at the beginning of the 2nd year, lasting 5 to 6 months, and the second at the end of the 3rd year, lasting 5 to 8 months maximum.

This internship is a sine qua non for obtaining the diploma and validating the ECTS associated with the work placements.

If a student repeats a year, fails or does not submit the Bachelor’s thesis, he or she will not receive a new internship agreement if the work placement periods have already been validated during the program.

The student agrees to the full distribution of his/her application file to the school’s partner companies as part of the internship search.

The Bachelor Admission Regulations are given to the candidate/student and apply.

The applicant’s/student’s enrolment becomes firm and definitive once the admission contract has been countersigned by CREA.

CREA reserves the right to cancel the Bachelor program in the event of insufficient participation.

The candidate/student undertakes to comply with the regulations in force at CREA. These will be communicated at a later date.

The relationship between CREA and the candidate/student, and in particular those arising from this admission contract, are subject to Swiss (domestic) law. In the event of a dispute, the ordinary courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to any appeal to the Federal Court.

Article 1: Applicants can obtain the admission contract either on the school’s website, at a personal interview or at an information session.
Article 2: The candidate must complete the admission contract, compile the application file and submit it to CREA in order to take part in the entrance exam. He/she will be informed of the date by email. If he/she is unable to attend, he/she must contact CREA immediately. In the event of non-attendance at the entrance exam, the registration fee will not be reimbursed.
Article 3: In order to obtain a Bachelor’s degree at the end of the program, candidates must meet the following admission requirements: (1) be between 18 and 25 years of age at the start of the programme, (2) hold a Secondary II diploma or a diploma judged to be equivalent (by CREA) and (3) have passed the entrance examination. There are special admission conditions for candidates without a Secondary II diploma (or equivalent) who have demonstrated real talent in the entrance exam. In this case, students must pass their first year in order to continue their Bachelor’s degree in year 2. Students cannot repeat Year 1.
Article 4: The admission contract and its appendices must be sent before the prescribed deadline to guarantee access to the session in question. Subject to the provisions of the admissions contract, participation in the entrance exam validates CREA’s acquisition of the enrolment fee.
Article 5: Candidates who are minors at the time of enrolment must have the admission contract countersigned by a representative holding parental authority.
Article 6: The candidate must have the abilities required to complete the training covered by the admission contract without specific support or assistance measures.
Article 7: The decision on whether or not candidate passed the entrance examination is communicated to the candidate within 20 working days. CREA’s decision on the entrance exam is final and irrevocable. If the candidate fails the entrance exam, the registration fee will be refunded within 4 weeks.
Article 8: Applicants may be admitted unconditionally or, exceptionally, subject to conditions, for example in order to : – satisfy a missing prerequisite, – retake all or part of the entrance exam and be interviewed by a new panel.
Article 9: If an admitted candidate/student withdraws his/her application, he/she must notify CREA immediately by registered letter and the withdrawal clauses set out in the admissions contract will apply.
Article 10: If the student discovers that he/she has made a mistake in his/her choice of Bachelor’s program, an internal change (within the CREA Bachelor’s program) may be considered, subject to availability, solely within the following framework and on condition that the change is made within 2 weeks of the start of the program at the latest : – the student must present a clear motivation to the management of the Bachelor program he/she wishes to enter, in the prescribed form, – the student must be admitted to and pass the entrance examination for the Bachelor’s degree to which he/she wishes to apply. The change may be subject to special conditions and, in all cases, must be approved by CREA, provided that the Bachelor’s occupancy rate allows it.
Article 11: If the applicant/student wishes to defer the admission contract, he/she undertakes to comply with the applicable procedure and to pay the amount due.
Article 12: In the event of repeating a year (only one repeat year is permitted), CREA will charge an additional flat fee for the repeat year (excluding study trip costs). The flat fee varies depending on the year repeated. The student is required to continue paying tuition fees (as well as other fees and charges) in accordance with the terms and due dates specified in the admission contract (or, where applicable, the accepted payment plan agreement).
Article 13: Students receive a MacBook Pro computer included in the tuition fees and agree to use it with the utmost care during their training. At the end of the training, and after paying the full tuition fees, the computer given to the student becomes their property. If the student’s course at CREA is interrupted during the training, he/she is required to return the computer and its accessories in perfect condition. Depending on the circumstances, the student may request to purchase the computer, for example, on a pro rata basis of the balance owed.
Article 14: CREA recognizes that the use of generative artificial intelligence tools is now an integral part of educational and professional practices. Their use is authorized insofar as it is appropriate, transparent, supervised, and in compliance with ethical rules, intellectual property rights, and specific instructions from course instructors. Each student (in coordination with CREA) is responsible for acquiring the necessary tools to meet the program requirements, in accordance with the rules defined by CREA.
Article 15: With regard to tuition fees, students undertake to be up to date with their payments before submitting their Bachelor’s thesis. The Bachelor’s degree (or diploma, where applicable) will only be awarded to students once all tuition fees have been paid in full.
Article 16: Once their admission has been confirmed by CREA, candidates/students may apply for a scholarship. In this context, the student must proceed in accordance with the Scholarship Application document available from CREA. The instructions contained therein must be strictly followed. CREA may, without being obliged to do so, assist the student in this process, it being specified that CREA is not authorized to make a final decision in this context (independent third parties). The admission (conclusion of the contract and/or continuation) of the student cannot be conditional in any way, whether on obtaining a scholarship, a bank loan, and/or any other similar situations.
Article 17: The candidate/student agrees that audiovisual and/or photographic material (atmospheric images of groups of students, individual photographs, etc.) may be produced, including those that identify and/or recognize the candidate/student, and used to illustrate CREA’s communications (website, brochures, etc.). etc.) may be produced, including those that allow the candidate/student to be identified and/or recognized, and used to illustrate CREA’s communications (website, brochures, various presentations, etc.).
Article 18: By submitting the duly completed and signed admission contract, the student declares that they are providing complete and truthful information and documents in good faith. CREA reserves the right to take any appropriate measures in the event of a breach by the student of their obligations in this regard.
Article 19: All disputes shall be handled by CREA’s legal department, and no right of appeal shall be available in relation to the admission process.
Article 20: Cases of force majeure are reserved. For example, in light of the situation related to COVID-19, CREA reserves the right to deliver all or part of its courses via videoconference, particularly if health measures so require and/or if the safety of students and staff can no longer be guaranteed.
