The 2nd year is composed of 6 in-depth modules, workshops and real cases entrusted by companies.
Understanding the major technological innovations (AR / VR, artificial intelligence or even the blockchain) to take advantage of the digital transformation.
Identify the most relevant and effective levers to implement marketing strategies responding to issues of notoriety, consideration, conversion or loyalty.
Explore e-commerce and the customer relationship management process (collection and processing of data) for the implementation of effective acquisition and loyalty plans.
Rethink the user experience by considering all of the human, business or technological needs and constraints to design a user-centric solution
Acquire the tools and techniques to give shape to your ideas through a POC (Proof Of Concept), then a prototype in order to improve the concept and lead to a working and efficient solution.
Assimilate the managerial and organizational methods to know how to lead a project according to the rules of the art and to prepare yourself for your 2nd internship in a company.
Two specializations focused on brand creation and E-commerce or even entrepreneurship, in order to sharpen your professional skills and respond with relevance to market needs.

Conscious of this new reality, CREA created a Bachelor in Digital Marketing & Communication in 2011. Over the past seven years, the course has evolved to be perfectly in tune with current issues.

The entrance exam consists of 2 parts:
1. The completion of a personal project based on the brief provided
2. An oral interview with 2 experts, one from management-level
After receipt of the registration form and its evaluation, a brief will be sent to the candidate to enable preparation for the entrance examination. The time of the oral test will be confirmed by post.
Candidates are judged on their motivation, level of general knowledge, ability to reflect, creativity and ability to express themselves.

ECTS Credits. This Bachelor’s degree is recognised by professional associations and CREA’s partner companies but is not a state diploma. It is nevertheless awarded by a private school and is strictly in accordance with the procedures of the Bologna agreements.
