Article 1 : Applicants can obtain the admission contract either from the school’s website, at a personal interview or at an information session.			
																					
				Article 2 : The candidate must complete the admission contract, compile the application file and submit it to CREA. The candidate will be informed of the date by e-mail. If the candidate is unable to attend, he/she should contact CREA immediately.			
																					
				Article 3 : The admission contract and its annexes must be sent before the prescribed deadline in order to guarantee access to the session in question. Subject to the provisions of the admission contract, acceptance of the application is conditional upon receipt of the registration fee by CREA.			
																					
				Article 4 : To qualify for the CREA diploma and to prepare for the Swiss federal diploma at the end of the programme, candidates must meet the following admission requirements: a CFC, a federal matriculation diploma, a baccalauréat, a diploma from a business school, a school of general education or an equivalent qualification. At least 2 years’ work experience in marketing, sales, communications, advertising, public relations, direct marketing or promotion.			
																					
				Article 5 : It is the candidate’s responsibility to register for the written and oral Brevet Fédéral examinations and to pay the corresponding examination fee (this amount is not included in the tuition fees).			
																					
				Article 6 : The decision to accept or reject the application will be communicated to the applicant within 20 working days of the assessment interview. CREA’s decision is final and irrevocable. In the event of rejection, the application fee will be refunded within 4 weeks.			
																					
				Article 7 : If an accepted student wishes to cancel his/her enrolment, he/she must notify CREA by registered letter and the cancellation clauses in the enrolment contract will apply.			
																					
				Article 8 : In the event of a request for deferment of the admission contract, the applicant/student undertakes to comply with the applicable procedure and to pay the amount due.			
																					
				Article 9 : With regard to tuition fees, students undertake to be up to date with their payments before submitting their CREA Diploma Work and receiving their End of Course Certificate. If this is not the case, the student will not be able to submit their work and receive their diploma until the next session when the tuition fees have been paid in full.			
																					
				Article 10 : If the employer pays the tuition fees up to the amount specified in the admission contract, CREA may request payment of the corresponding amounts directly from the employer.			
																					
				Article 11 : All disputes are handled by CREA’s legal department and there is no right of appeal in relation to the admissions process.			
																					
				Article 12 : Cases of force majeure are reserved. For example, in view of the Covid19 situation, CREA reserves the right to hold all or part of the courses by videoconference, particularly if health measures require it and/or if the safety of students and staff can no longer be guaranteed. 			
																					
				Article 13 : Audiovisual and/or photographic documents (atmospheric images of groups of students, individual shots, etc.) may be produced and used to illustrate CREA’s communications (website, brochures, various presentations, etc.).
